Group Personal Training
Book in with a group of 2-4 friends, or we can fit you into a group of people who share similar goals.
Sessions are tailored to suit the group and the individuals within the group.
The sessions include:
- Cardio training
- Strength training
- Postural exercises
- Flexibility training
A variety of equipment is used including swiss balls, free weights, pin-loaded machines, spin bikes, cardio boxing equipment, pilates reformers, medicine balls etc.
What makes astute fitness different?
At Astute Fitness we are committed to improving peoples lives no matter what age or fitness level, by creating a fun, helpful & un-intimidating environment, where you will enjoy getting & keeping fit & healthy.
Two private studios have been set up where small groups of 4 people will work fully supervised by a qualified instructor in an environment which is safe, supportive & stimulating. The groups can be ladies only, men only or mixed, and can be made up of a group of friends or people with similar goals.
Programs will be personalised to the group and the individuals within the group, with input from our Sports Physiotherapist.
When you join Astute Fitness, our team will work through our pre-screening questionnaire and perform fitness testing appropriate to your fitness level.
This assessment process includes a goal setting session to set achievable short and long term goals. This information will then be used to formulate a personalised strategy to steer you towards your goals.
You can check your progress by logging into "Progress Tracker" through the member log-in area of our website. This is only accessible by members, and you can only access your own information.
